GForest green energy points not reflecting

Kung tapos na ang GCash transaction mo pero wala kang nakuha na green energy points, pwede mong i-check ito:

• I-verify kung successful ang transaction: I-check ang Transaction History o GCash App Inbox para i-confirm kung successful ang transaction.
• I-check ang energy point limits: Siguraduhin na hindi mo pa naabot ang monthly energy points limit for that transaction. 
  • Halimbawa, sa Send Money, makakakuha ka lang ng energy points para sa hanggang 10 transactions na may maximum na 1,310 energy points.
• Maghintay ng 24 oras:  Pwedeng umabot ng 24 oras bago mag-reflect ang green energy points sa account mo. Hintayin ang oras na ito bago i-check ulit.
