Did not receive money from Express Send
Ang pag-send ng money from GCash to GCash gamit ang Express Send ay real-time. Makukuha agad ng recipient ang money pag na-confirm mo na ang transfer.
Kung hindi nareceive ng recipient ang money, sundin ang steps na ito:
Step 1: Check the transfer method
I-confirm kung paano ka nag-transfer ng money:
- For bank to GCash, refer here.
- For GCash to bank, refer here.
- For GCash QR/QRPH payments, refer here.
- For remittance to GCash, refer here.
- For GCash to GCash, go to Step 2.
Step 2: Check if the number is correct
I-double-check ang number na sinendan mo ng money. Kung nagkamali ka ng send, refer here para sa next steps.
Step 3: Check if the transaction was successful

May nakita ka bang error?
Kung may nakita kang errors habang gamit ang Express Send, most likely hindi nag-push through ang transaction. Para sa ibang info tungkol sa errors, read this article. -
Nabawasan ba ang wallet mo?
Kung walang deduction, hindi nag-push through ang transaction. Try mo ulit mag-send ng money.
Kung walang errors pero nabawasan ang wallet mo, go to Step 4.
