Did not receive money from GCash transfer to bank
Note:
Starting July 4, 2026, InstaPay transfers will be lowered to PHP 10 per transaction. Please update your GCash app to the latest version to reflect the new fee.
Bank transfers from GCash to your bank or e-wallet are done in real-time through InstaPay.
If you didn’t get the money in your bank, follow these steps:
Step 1: Check the transfer method
Confirm how you transferred money:
- For bank to GCash, refer here.
- For GSave partner banks, refer here.

Step 2: Confirm if the account number is correct
Check the account number you sent money to. If you sent it to the wrong bank account, read this article.
Step 3: Check if you got an SMS
Delays may happen due to system issues or maintenance. If there’s a delay, you'll get an SMS telling you that the money will be:
- Returned to GCash in 1-2 business days, OR
- Credited to the bank account in 3-5 business days
*Business days don’t include weekends and holidays.
Step 4: Wait for your money
GCash works with your bank to identify failed transfers and ensure quick crediting of funds. In the meantime, monitor your GCash wallet or your bank/e-wallet to see if the money is credited.
If the transfer fails, the full amount + PHP 10 fee will be refunded to your GCash wallet.

- Tap Transactions
- Choose your Bank Transfer
- Tap Get Help > “I didn’t receive the money”
