Sent money to wrong number
Express Send/Send Money transfers ay real-time. I-check mabuti ang transaction details bago mag-send.
GCash can only reverse transactions kung inactive o hindi na ginagamit ang account.
Ito ang pwede mong gawin:
Kung nag-send money ka sa maling tao
I-contact sila at pakiusapan na i-send back o ibalik nila ang pera mo.
Kung nag-send money ka sa luma o inactive na number
Ang refunds ay best-effort naming gagawin. Pwede kang mag-reach out sa support sa GCash app:
- Go to Transactions
- Tap the Send Money transaction
- Tap Get help > “I sent money to the wrong number”
Ire-review ng support team namin ang request mo. Pwede kang mag-expect ng update within 1-3 business days.
