If you have sent money to the wrong GCash account or number, please follow the steps to report your transaction here.
A scam transaction is when someone tricks you into sending them money. If this happens using GCash, follow these steps:
- Report the scammer to the authorities (PNP or NBI).
- Report to GCash immediately: Prepare details and screenshots, then click here to file a report.
- Block the scammer on SMS or social media.
By submitting a report, you acknowledge that:
Any person who, with malice or in bad faith, reports or files completely unwarranted or false information that results in the temporary holding of funds may be held criminally liable for malicious reporting under Section 11, in relation to Section 16(e), of the Anti-Financial Account Scamming Act (AFASA).
After reporting, our support team will review your case and reach out within 24 hours. Please note that we will no longer be able to return the funds to you.
