Report lost or stolen phone or SIM
Tips for a secure account:
Make sure to enable all your security features (Biometrics Login, Security Questions) from your previous account and to always keep your MPIN and other information updated.
If you lost your SIM card or phone linked to your GCash-registered account,
- Contact your network service provider to get a new SIM Card
- Click here to report to GCash immediately the mobile number of your lost phone or SIM
- Provide all the information required
- Once finished, GCash customer support will temporarily suspend your account to keep your funds safe. Please take note of the 8-digit reference no. given by the GCash customer support agent. The reference number will be asked when you request to lift the suspension.
Once you get a new SIM card with the same number, please follow the steps below:
- Submit a new ticket here to lift the suspension of the number
- Provide all the information required
- Input the 8-digit reference number provided during your account suspension request
- Once finished, you will receive an email regarding the status of your account within 24 hours
