If you have a new mobile number that you want to use for GCash, you can recover your old GCash account by logging in to GCash with your new mobile number and selecting Recover Account.

Report the Loss to GCash:
- Chat with Gigi and type "lost phone" or "lost SIM" to temporarily block your GCash account.
- Take note of the ticket number provided for unblocking later.

- Request to unblock your account using the 8-digit reference number from the blocking request.

Proceed with deleting your account:
- When you delete your GCash account, you will also cancel your records for GInsure, GInvest, GCredit, and other services. If you create a new GCash account in the future, your previous records cannot be restored.
- After you request account deletion, you won’t be able to log in anymore.
- Your data will be completely deleted from our systems after five years, following the law (R.A. 9160).

Settle Any Outstanding Dues:
Make sure you pay any money you owe in GCash, like GCredit, GGives, or GLoan. We can’t delete your account if you have unpaid balances. -
Clear your Wallet Balance:
Before deleting your GCash account, make sure to empty your wallet. Also, check if you've withdrawn funds from GSave, GFunds, GCrypto, and GStocks PH.
If you have remaining funds with a GSave partner bank, you can retrieve your funds via their bank apps. -
Prepare Your ID:
Get a copy of a GCash accepted valid government-issued ID If your name is different on the ID, include an extra document to confirm your identity, such as a marriage certificate or change of name document. - Download and fill out Account Deletion Request Form

Submit Your Deletion Request:
You may file your request to delete your account directly yourself or through an authorized representative. Include these attachments:- A photo of your GCash accepted valid government-issued ID
- The completed Account Deletion Request Form
- If requesting through an Authorized Representative:
- Please provide an Authorization Letter allowing that person to delete your account for you
- Add a photo of the document that proves their identity
Privacy Notice:
The information you provide will only be used to verify your identity and process your account deletion request. Once we validate your identity and complete the form, we will proceed with the deletion of your GCash account.
