Your account will be tagged as Inactive first. The actual deletion of your data from our systems will be done after five (5) years, in compliance with R.A. 9160.
Follow these steps to continue with your GCash account deletion.
- Settle your outstanding GCredit balance prior to request.
We will not proceed if there is a GCredit due in your GCash account.
- Accomplish the Account Deletion Request Form and save it on your computer.
- Submit a Ticket for assistance. For the Concern Category, select My GCash Account > I want to cancel / delete my GCash account. Attach the accomplished Account Deletion Request Form.
An error prompt to contact GCash Support will be displayed on your Login Screen and you will no longer be able to log in once your account has been tagged as Inactive.
