Cash in via Payoneer

Note: Cash in via Payoneer will include a 1% convenience fee starting August 12, 2024

To learn how to cash in via Payoneer, follow the steps below:

1. On the GCash homepage, tap Cash In
2. Select Global Banks and Partners > Payoneer
3. Select the currency balance and input your desired amount. 
4. Review the details of your cash in then select Confirm
5. Input the OTP code sent to your GCash-registered mobile number

You'll be led to a page that confirms that your Cash-In is being processed and may take up to 5 minutes. You will receive an SMS notification to confirm your cash-in was successful.
