How to cash in through a US/EU/UK international bank

Before you start

• First-time cash-ins from US banks have a $500 limit, with a $600 weekly cap.
• Each cash-in from EU/UK banks has a min. of PHP 500.
• The exchange rate is locked for 15 minutes once you enter your OTP. After 15 minutes, you must request again to get a new rate.
• Confirmed transactions cannot be cancelled or changed.

To cash in to GCash from a US, EU, or UK bank, follow these steps:

1. On your GCash app, tap Cash In.
2. Tap Global Banks and Partners.
3. Tap EU, UK, or USA.
4. Read the steps and then tap Cash In.
5. Enter the amount to cash in (in PHP) and tap Next.
6. Your cash in amount will be converted to your bank’s currency. Review the details and tap Confirm.
   • Once you confirm, the FX rate will be locked.
7. Select your bank and log in.
8. Confirm your bank details, amount, and fees. Tap Confirm.

If the transaction is successful, the cash in amount will be reflected instantly in your GCash wallet in PHP.
