Link Payoneer to GCash
You can easily cash in to your GCash wallet with your linked Payoneer account. If you don't have a Payoneer account yet, you can create one straight from the GCash app. Tap below to learn how to create a Payoneer account:
Follow the steps below to create your Payoneer account:
- On the GCash homepage, tap Profile
- Select My Linked Accounts > Payoneer
- Select Create an Account
- Tap on Register with GCash for your GCash information to be filled out instantly, or select Create an Account to enter your details manually
- Fill out the necessary information to successfully create an account.
- A confirmation screen will appear to inform you that your application is being processed
New applications are usually reviewed immediately, but some may take up to three (3) business days. You will receive an email from Payoneer that your application is being reviewed. Once approved, you will receive another email confirmation with further details.

If you did not receive an email regarding your application, please check the spam, trash, and other folders of the email address associated with your account. Once you have submitted your Payoneer application, you can view your account status at any time by logging in to your Payoneer account on the website or mobile app.
You may be asked to provide extra details such as a copy of your ID, Certificate of Incorporation, bank statement, or other documents.
Payoneer takes up to three (3) business days to automatically approve newly-created accounts. If more than three (3) business days have passed, please log into your Payoneer account via their website and visit the Verification Center to verify your account details. Link existing account
Before you can link your Payoneer account to GCash, you need to fulfill the requirements below:
- Your GCash account must be Fully Verified; and
- Your Payoneer account must be verified by Payoneer. An email confirmation will be sent within three (3) business days after you submit your application. You can also view your status by logging in to your Payoneer account on the website or mobile app
To link your Payoneer account to GCash, follow these steps:
- On the GCash homepage, tap Profile
- Tap on My Linked Accounts > Payoneer
- Tap Link Account
- Enter your Payoneer login credentials
- Enter the verification code received via SMS
The linking of your account will be processed. Wait for confirmation via text message. Once successfully linked, you can now cash in with Payoneer and add funds to your GCash wallet.
Note: For security purposes, if you have not used your Payoneer to cash in for more than a month, you may be prompted to re-link your Payoneer to GCash.
Need more help?
If you can’t log in to Payoneer when trying to link accounts, try the following steps:
- Reset your Payoneer password;
- Wait 24 hours after your Payoneer was password reset;
- Log in first to Payoneer on the website using your new credentials; and
- Try and link your Payoneer account to your GCash account again
If you still can't link your Payoneer account to GCash, there might be something wrong with your Payoneer account. In this case, you can contact Payoneer’s Customer Care at customerservicemanager@payoneer.com for them to assist you with your Payoneer account.
