What is Auto-Settlement?
Auto-Settlement is a GCash for Business feature that automatically sends the payments you collect directly to your nominated bank account so you do not need to transfer funds manually.
Who can use it?
It is available for large businesses with high sales volume.
To apply, contact your Account Manager to start setup and activation.
What does it cover?
Your daily payout includes payments collected the previous day from:
- GCash QR
- Credit and debit cards
Payout Schedule
- Monday to Friday: Deposited every banking day.
- Weekends and holidays: Deposited on the next banking day.
Important Reminders
- One bank account: You can choose one (1) bank account to receive your payouts.
- Changing your bank: Submit a Merchant Change Request Form through your Account Manager.
- Daily reports: You will get a Settlement Report by email each day to help track your sales.
