Advisory: #MySaveUp by BPI is temporarily unavailable

You can request your account number at any BPI branch.

1. Go to any BPI branch.
2. Proceed to the Account Services area.
3. Present a valid government-issued ID.
4. Ask the BPI staff to help you get your MySaveUp by BPI account number.

Option 1: I have a MySaveUp by BPI ATM card

You can withdraw from an ATM using your MySaveUp by BPI ATM card. The withdrawal limit is PHP 20,000.

If you need to withdraw more than PHP 20,000, you can withdraw over the counter (OTC) at any BPI branch. During the service interruption, OTC withdrawals above PHP 20,000 are free of charge.

Option 2: I don’t have a MySaveUp by BPI ATM card

Visit any BPI branch and request an over-the-counter (OTC) withdrawal.

• OTC withdrawals for non-carded accounts are free of charge while GSave transactions are unavailable.
• Once normal service resumes, a PHP 100 fee applies per OTC withdrawal.

Option 3: I want to withdraw through the BPI app

You may also withdraw through the BPI app. No withdrawal fee applies when you use the BPI app.

Option 1: I want to deposit at a BPI branch

Visit any BPI branch and make an OTC deposit. A PHP 50 deposit fee applies.

Option 2: I want to deposit through bank transfer

You may transfer money to your MySaveUp by BPI account from another bank.

Bank transfer fees may apply, depending on the bank and transfer method.

I want to register through the BPI app

1. Download the BPI app.
2. Open the app and tap Create new account.
3. Confirm that you are already a BPI client by selecting Yes, register to the app.
4. Read the cybersecurity notice and tap I understand.
5. Select your account type and enter your account details.
6. Create your login credentials, read the Terms and Conditions, and tap Continue.

I want to register through a web browser

1. Go to online.bpi.com.ph and select Register now.
2. Select your BPI product, then enter the required details and your birthday.
3. Create a username and password.
4. Enter the email address where you want to receive account notifications.
5. Enter the One-Time PIN sent to your registered mobile number.

You can use the login details you created to access BPI Online through the BPI app or website.

To show your #MySaveUp account in the BPI app:

1. Open the BPI app and log in using your existing BPI Online username and password.
2. Tap More at the lower-right corner of the screen.
3. Select Manage My Accounts.
4. Look for your #MySaveUp account in the list.
5. Select Show this account so it appears on your main app dashboard.
