If you want a refund

If you paid using your linked Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card, contact the merchant directly. The merchant handles order changes, refunds, and transaction concerns.

GCash only processes the payment and does not handle merchant orders or refunds.

If you do not recognize the transaction

Contact your card issuer immediately. Your card issuer is responsible for investigating unauthorized transactions and managing the chargeback process under the applicable Visa or Mastercard rules.
