I can’t sign up for GCash for Business. What do I do?

If you can’t sign up for GCash for Business, it may be because of the following:

1. Check your browser compatibility Use Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge version 116 or later
2. Use the correct registration portal Always register via business.gcash.com and select "Register Now" or "ENTER"
3. Enter your company email address Use your official business email (registration by mobile number is not supported)
4. Set up Two-Factor Authentication Enable 2FA and ensure you can receive emails from GCash for the One-Time Password (OTP)
5. Verify all document requirements Ensure all uploaded documents are complete, legible, and match your business type
6. Check for duplicate registrations If your company already has an account, contact your GCash for Business administrator to be added as a user instead
