Change my email address

To update your GCash email address:

1. On your GCash app, tap Profile.
2. Tap your name beside your profile picture.
3. Tap Update Account Information.
4. Read the reminders, then tap Edit your Profile.
5. Enter the 6-digit OTP code sent to your number and tap Next.
6. Complete the verification steps.
7. Update your email address.
8. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your number again and tap Submit.
