How to unsubscribe or unlink GCash from another app
Note:
GCash can check your transaction or unlink your account. Refund requests are handled by the merchant. Contact the merchant directly for refund requests or order concerns.
You can unlink a merchant from your GCash account through Subscription Center in the GCash app. Follow the steps below:
- Open the GCash app.

Tap Profile > Subscription Center.
- Select the merchant you want to remove.
- Tap Unlink.
- Review the details, then tap Unlink again.
You’ll see a confirmation screen and receive an in-app message and SMS once the merchant is unlinked.
