Eligibility
You can avail of this product if you are:
- At least 18-65 years old
- A Fully Verified GCash user
- In good health and with no pre-existing conditions (e.g. illness, injury, or health issue you had before getting this insurance policy)
Note:
You cannot buy this policy for someone else directly.

Purchase Oona Cancer Insurance
To purchase Oona Cancer Insurance, follow these steps:
- On your GCash app, tap GInsure > Health
- Select Oona Cancer Insurance
- Fill in your details and answer the 4 quick health questions
- Double-check the details > Pay
You’ll see a confirmation page once your purchase is successful. Once your policy is purchased, no changes can be made.
A copy of your Oona Cancer Insurance policy will be sent to your GCash-registered email which you can view or download anytime.
Cancellation and Claims
Cancellation
You are entitled to a 15-day free-look period from the policy issuance. During this period, you can review the policy provisions, inclusions, and exclusions.
If you decide to cancel your policy anytime within this period, please contact Oona Insurance to request a full refund.
Claims
File for a claim by filling the form online or via email
- Via Form: Answer the online claim form here and upload the documents needed
- Medical documents. Histopathology or biopsy reports and all available laboratory and test results
- A valid government-issued ID
- Via Email: Email Oona at pcm_claims@oona-insurance.com.ph or click here to go to their website
Note:
Claims may not be paid if they fall under policy exclusions, like pre-existing conditions, fraudulent claims, or situations not covered by your plan (e.g., intentional damage or illegal activities). Missing premium payments or providing incorrect information can also lead to a denied claim.
