Note: Based on policy, we will only be able to accommodate wrong send reversal requests only if:
- Only one digit in the wrong recipient’s mobile number is wrong
Note: Subject for GCash review if funds are intact
If there is only one digit wrong, file a ticket in the Help Center.
When filing a ticket, follow these steps:
STEP 1: File a ticket in the Help Center. A GCash representative will get back to you within 24 business hours after you have sent your inquiry.
STEP 2: Input your email address
STEP 3: Input your GCash-registered full name
STEP 4: Input your GCash-registered mobile phone number
STEP 5: Select Send Money (GCash to GCash) > I sent money to the wrong person as your concern category
STEP 6: Provide in the text box all the details that will help us assist you with your concern
Please include the following details:
- Date and time of Send Money transaction
- Reference ID or Trace ID (from your SMS)
STEP 7: Input your GCash-registered email address
STEP 8: Input the Sender’s Number
STEP 9: Input the Wrong Recipient’s Number
STEP 10: Input the Correct Recipient’s Number
STEP 11: Input the Registered Name of the Correct Recipient
STEP 12: Input the Date of Send Money Transaction
STEP 13: Select the option if you received a GCash Reference No.
STEP 14: If yes, Input the GCash Reference No.
STEP 15: Input the Amount that was sent to the Wrong Recipient
STEP 16: In the Attachment Section, attach any screenshots of the transaction (Optional)
STEP 17: Tap Submit
