Delete GFunds account
Closing your GFunds account is final. You can’t undo it. After it closes, you can’t access your data or funds.
How to close your GFunds account:
- Make your GFunds balance zero. Sell all your funds.
- After the sell order processing time, wait until the money is in your GCash wallet. Make sure all sell orders are complete.
- When all sell orders are complete and your balance is zero, click here to contact support to request for account closure.
