Change GFunds account information
You can update your GFunds details or transfer your GFunds to a new account.
Step 1: Update your GCash account info
Make sure your GCash account details are updated first. Click here to learn more.
You can update these details in your GFunds account:
- Last name
- Mobile Number
- ZIP code
- Current Address
Step 2: Prepare requirements
If you’re using the same mobile number and only need to update your details, go to Step 3.
If you have a new mobile number, you can request to transfer the number linked to your GFunds account. Before submitting a request, make sure that:
- Your new GCash account is Fully Verified with the same user info as your old number.
- Your new mobile number has NOT been previously registered with GFunds.
- If your new mobile number is already registered with GFunds, your account must have no remaining funds before you request a transfer.
Step 3: File a request
If you’re done with Steps 1 and 2, click here to contact support. Our team will reach out within 1-2 business days.
While your request is being processed, you temporarily won’t be able to access GFunds. Please expect it to be processed within 2 weeks.
