I cannot buy or sell in GFunds

If you are unable to buy or sell in GFunds it may be because of the following: 

• You have an insufficient GCash Wallet balance 
• A minimum buy order for the specific fund
• There is a scheduled system maintenance with GCash or its partner
• Your GCash app is not updated 

Restart your GCash app to try your transaction again.
