Can’t order a GCash Card
If you see an error when submitting your card order or can’t tap Card Order, it may be because:
- Your account isn’t Fully Verified – Only Fully Verified users can order a GCash Card.
- You have already linked three cards – Only three cards can be linked to one account, including previously deactivated cards.
- You recently ordered a card – You can only order one card every 30 days.
If these don’t apply, try these steps:
-
