If you were not able to receive your cash in/remittance in your GCash wallet, here’s what you can do:
Cash In via local/international bank
If you cashed in via local/international bank and you did not receive the funds, here’s how you can verify if it was successful:
- Check your GCash Transaction History or app Inbox
- Verify if the mobile number for the transaction is correct
Remittance via an official GCash partner
If you cashed in via an official GCash partner and you did not receive the funds, here’s how you can verify if it was successful:
- Check your Transaction History for any update with a header, “Received Remittance”
- Check with your sender if the correct number used is correct
Remittances sent via official GCash partners usually reflect within 10 minutes. If it has not been reflected after 2 business days from the date of the transaction, click here to ask for help.
Remittance via an unofficial GCash partner
Keep in mind that GCash has limited visibility when it comes to transactions sent through unofficial GCash partners. These partners have different processing times and ways to handle issues.
If you didn’t receive your money sent through an unofficial GCash partner, talk to the sender to check if the money was sent back to their account.
Make sure that you are within your Wallet and Transaction Limits to ensure you are able to receive remittances.
