Did not receive money from Express Send
Sending money from GCash to GCash is real-time. The recipient gets the money as soon as you confirm the transfer.
If the recipient didn't get the money, follow these steps:
Step 1: Check the transfer method
Confirm how you transferred money:
- For bank to GCash, refer here.
- For GCash to bank, refer here.
- For GCash QR/QRPH payments, refer here.
- For remittance to GCash, refer here.
- For GCash to GCash, go to Step 2.
Step 2: Check if the number is correct
Double-check the number you sent money to. If you made a wrong send, refer here for your next steps.
Step 3: Check if the transaction was successful

Did you see an error?
If you got any errors while sending, most likely the transaction did not push through. For more info about errors, read this article. -
Was money subtracted from your wallet?
If there was no deduction, the transaction did not push through. Try sending money again.
If there were no errors and your wallet was deducted, go to Step 4.
Step 4: Make sure you know and trust the recipient
If you think this may be a scam or suspicious transaction, like someone claiming they didn’t receive the money and didn’t provide the goods/services, read this article.
