Coverage
Your coverage under this insurance product will include accidental screen damage, such as damage due to phone drop.
Accidental screen damage
- Accidental screen damage means your phone’s screen gets cracked or broken because of an unexpected accident, not on purpose.
- This kind of damage does not happen because you are careless or not taking care of your phone.
- Common examples:
- Dropping your phone while answering a call
- Knocking your phone off a table by mistake
- Your phone slips out of your pocket and hits the floor
Here are situations when Cracked Screen Protection does NOT apply:
- Lost or stolen phones are NOT covered.
- Damage done on purpose will NOT be paid for.
- If your screen broke because you were careless (like leaving your phone in a risky place), it’s NOT covered.
- Problems from factory defects or regular wear and tear are NOT included. These are usually covered by the phone’s warranty.
- Damage from natural disasters, like floods or earthquakes, is NOT covered.
- Repairs done by shops that are NOT authorized are NOT covered.
- Disappearance of your phone without explanation (“mysterious disappearance”), fraud, or intentional misuse are NOT covered.

Eligibility
You can get coverage for your device if it was purchased within the last 18 months and is still in good working condition with no existing damage.
Enroll for SeaInsure Cracked Screen Protection
You can insure more than one gadget, but each device can only have one insurance plan at a time. You cannot buy a policy for someone else. The plan is for your personal devices only, and once you’ve chosen a plan, it can’t be upgraded.

Claims
Here’s how you can easily file a claim for your Cracked Screen Protection plan:
- Check if your Cracked Screen Protection plan is active.
- Go to your policy page and tap File a Claim.
- Tell us what happened to your gadget. Include when, where, and how the damage or loss happened.
- Upload clear photos showing the damage to your gadget.
- Submit your claim and wait for confirmation from our team.
You don’t need to pay any extra fees when making a claim. The amount you get depends on the payment plan you chose. If you pay every month for an annual plan, make sure your remaining balance is paid before we process your claim to avoid delays.
Cancellation
You can cancel your policy and get a refund within the free-look period indicated in your policy. You may reach out to SeaInsure for more inquiries.
