Only your telco provider will collect SIM registration details. GCash will never ask for your info or send links via SMS, email, or messaging apps. Never share your MPIN or OTP except when logging in to the GCash app.
Do I need to register all SIMs linked to my GCash accounts?
Yes, register all SIM cards linked to your GCash accounts.
Does my child with a GCash Jr account need to register their SIM?
Yes. For minors, the SIM must be registered under the parent or legal guardian’s name.
I am a foreign national with a GCash account. Do I need to register my SIM?
Yes, all Philippine SIM cards, including those used by foreign nationals, must be registered.
