Note:
You can unlock your account if you previously locked it temporarily using the Lock My Account feature.
Things to remember before you unlock your account
If your account was blocked due to a recent lost phone or SIM report, or if it was placed on hold, and you want to unblock it, please refer to these articles: Lost or stolen SIM, phone, or device, or Account is on hold.
How to unlock your GCash account
For Fully Verified users

On the GCash app, tap Help Center on the login page.
- Search for the Unlock My Account article.
- In the Unlock My Account article, chat with Gigi.
- Go through the verification process.
- Once your identity is verified, Gigi will confirm that your account has been unlocked. You will also receive an email confirmation.
For Basic account users
- On the GCash app, tap Help Center on the login page.
- Search for the Unlock My Account article.
- Chat with Gigi.
- Gigi will create a ticket for you.
- You will receive an email within 24 to 48 hours with an update on the status of your account unlock request.
