Why do I need to update my account information again?

The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas requires Fully Verified users to update their details regularly to keep full access to GCash features. 

If you were asked to update your account, it means your info needs to be reverified. Update before the deadline to avoid being downgraded to a Basic account.

To update:

1. Open the GCash app and tap Profile.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Update Account Information > Update your Profile.
4. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your GCash number, then tap Next.
5. Fill in the needed info and tap Submit.

You’ll get an SMS once your profile is updated. This may take up to 3 days.
