Can’t pay using my GCash Card

If you can’t use your GCash Card, check:

• Card status – It’s activated and not locked in the app.

  

• Activate your GCash Card for online payments – First use your card for a PIN-based POS purchase or ATM withdrawal. For your first PIN transaction, wait at least 6 hours before using the card for online payments.
• Wallet balance – You have enough funds.
• Transaction Limits – You haven’t exceeded your GCash wallet or card transaction limits.
