Report a scam
Note:
Kung nagpadala ka ng pera sa maling GCash account o number, sundan mo lang ang steps na ito para i-report ang transaction mo.
Ang scam transaction ay kapag may nanloko sa'yo para magpadala ka ng pera sa kanila. Kung nangyari ito gamit ang GCash, sundin ang steps na ito:
- I-report agad ang scammer sa authorities (PNP o NBI).
- I-report din agad sa GCash: I-prepare ang details at screenshots, tapos click here para mag-file ng report.
- I-block ang scammer sa SMS o social media.
Sa pag-submit ng report, ina-acknowledge mo na:
Any person who, with malice or in bad faith, reports or files completely unwarranted or false information that results in the temporary holding of funds may be held criminally liable for malicious reporting under Section 11, in relation to Section 16(e), of the Anti-Financial Account Scamming Act (AFASA).
