Kung hindi mo pa natatanggap yung pera, sundin ang steps depende sa ginamit na remittance channel:
Step 1: Claim Your Remittance
Siguraduhin na ma-claim mo ito within 90 days, o mag-eexpire ito.
Step 2: Check if official partner
Check this Official GCash Remittance Partners list.
- Kung na-send through an unofficial partner, hindi ma-ttrack ng GCash ang transaction. I-contact directly yung sender o yung partner.
- Kung na-send through official partner, proceed sa step 3.
Step 3: Check transaction details
- I-check kung tama yung mobile number.
- Hanapin yung "Received Remittance" sa transaction history mo within 10 minutes. Kung wala ito, ibig sabihin failed yung transaction.
- Ang failed remittances ay mare-refund pabalik sa sender within 2 business days.
