Buy and sell crypto via GCrypto
Note: The fees for buy and sell orders include GCrypto’s service and platform fee. This fee is automatically computed and incorporated into the price displayed for the market value of your trades. Every 10 seconds, GCrypto updates the current live market value of Cryptocurrencies in the marketplace.
GCrypto Buy/Sell Orders are processed and executed in real time. After confirming payment, you are not allowed to cancel your order.

Buy crypto
- On the GCash App, tap View All
- Tap GCrypto
- Tap on your desired Crypto
- Note: Please make sure you have enough funds on your GCrypto Trading Wallet
- Tap Buy
- Enter your desired amount in PHP or Crypto and tap Buy
- Note: Prices refresh every 10 seconds
- You will now see the confirmation screen of your successful purchase of the Crypto you selected
Your trading wallet will be debited with the amount you have used to purchase the coin. Your Crypto balances will also be updated in your GCrypto dashboard.
Sell crypto
- On the GCash App, tap View All
- Tap GCrypto
- Tap on your desired Crypto
- Tap Sell
- Enter your desired amount in PHP or Crypto and tap Sell
- Note: Prices refresh every 10 seconds
- You will now see the confirmation screen of the Crypto you sold
Note: Your trading wallet will be credited with the amount you have used to purchase the coin. Your Crypto balances will also be updated in your GCrypto dashboard.
Track pending orders in GCrypto
GCrypto generally makes your funds available in your account almost instantly as the payment clears. In some cases, it may take some time for the crypto transaction to process especially when there is high trading volume at the time.
Pending orders can be viewed in your GCrypto transaction history. Once a transaction is confirmed, it will be updated to indicate that the order was completed. You can view the breakdown of your Crypto holdings when you tap Portfolio Breakdown. To view all your crypto assets, tap See More on your GCrypto Dashboard.
Below are the ways you can validate your GCrypto transactions:
- Through your GCrypto Transaction History
- For top-up and withdrawals - you may check through your GCash Transaction History
- For top-up and withdrawals - you may check your SMS notifications
- Through your your email notifications (all transactions)

If you are having problems with buying/selling on GCrypto or it did not reflect, it may be due to system maintenance during your transaction. Please note that your transactions will be automatically credited to/from your GCash wallet within 2 business days.
