How to check the status of a GCrypto order
You can check your order status on the GCrypto Transactions page.
To check your order status:
- On GCrypto > go to Transactions.
- If your order is complete, it will show as Successful.
Your funds are usually ready right after you pay, but during busy times it may take longer.
To see your crypto:
- On GCrypto > tap Portfolio.
To confirm your GCrypto transactions, check Transaction History in the app or your email.
