Send money via QR

Easily send money to another GCash user by scanning or uploading their QR code. This helps prevent typing errors and ensures you send money to the correct person.

The QR scanner only accepts GCash Personal, GCash merchant, or External Bank QR codes. 

Here’s how to send money via QR code:

1. On the GCash homepage, tap QR
2. Scan or upload a GCash Personal QR or a generated Bank QR 
3. Enter the amount and optional message then tap Next
4. Confirm if the details are correct then tap Send

Note: With the recent update of our QR from QRPH to InstaPay, GCash to GCash transfers via QR are still FREE. InstaPay fees from your banks or other e-wallets may apply.
