Request for government PSA documents in GLife
You can now request your PSA civil registry documents in GCash through PSAHelpline in GLife. You may get a PDF copy or choose delivery to your address.

Below are the types of certificates you can request via GLife. Fees and processing time will depend on whether you choose PDF Download or Delivery.

Reminders before you request
- You must be a Fully Verified GCash user
- Your name and birthday in GCash must be correct. If you need to change it, refer to this article.
- Make sure your GCash wallet has enough balance for the PSAHelpline fee.
- You can order PSA documents for yourself, a parent, or a child.
- If you select Delivery:
- You can order multiple copies of the same document type in one request (for example, 2 birth certificates).
- For different document types (for example, a birth certificate and a marriage certificate), file separate requests.
- You may assign an Authorized Person to receive your order. They must be at the delivery address and present a valid ID accepted by PSAHelpline. See PSAHelpline Delivery FAQs.
Steps to request documents in GLife

On the GCash app, tap GLife

Search for PSAHelpline or tap Government Services under Categories.
- Allow PSAHelpline to access your GCash info, then tap Continue.
- Read the Terms and Conditions, scroll down, then tap I agree.
- Check that your full name and birthday from GCash are correct. To update these, please click here.
- Review the other details and tap Submit.
- Fill out the form:
- Choose the PSA certificate type you need.
- Select who you are requesting for.
- Select the purpose of your request.
- Choose how to receive your document:
- PDF Download, or

Delivery:
- Enter your delivery address.
- (Optional) Add an Authorized Person (18+ years old) to receive the order. They must be at the delivery address and show a valid ID.
- You can request 1–10 copies of the same document.

Review your order details, then tap Place Order and Pay via GCash.
You’re done! Wait for SMS and email updates from PSAHelpline about your order.

You are NOT ALLOWED to edit or cancel your application after payment, and fees are non-refundable.
Please double-check all details before submitting. If you entered the wrong info, place a new order with the correct details.
If you already paid and missed this step, you can still assign it in the mini program: GLife > PSAHelpline > Help in the main menu.
You can’t edit your application after you submit it. If needed, submit a new request for a physical copy.

If your GCash wallet was charged multiple times, first check your transaction history. If only one transaction appears, click here to ask for help. Our team will check on your concern and get in touch with you.
Any refund, if applicable, may take up to 14 business days after investigation.
