How to cash out funds from GTourist account

If you're a tourist using GCash, your GTourist account is only valid for 30 days when you arrive in the Philippines. You will see a message when you log in the app to remind you of this.

What to do

• Use the funds in your GCash wallet before your account expires or gets deactivated.
• To use, pay via QR Code at stores that accept GCash payments.
• Transfer your remaining funds to a foreign bank account or e-wallet:
  • Tap Transfer, then tap International in the GCash app.
  • Read the terms, then tap Submit.
  • Enter the currency, amount, and recipient type, then tap Next.
  • Enter the bank and other required details. Make sure you enter them in the correct format.
  • Enter the amount in PHP.

  • Review all the details, then tap Pay.
