How to use my GTourist account on GCash

Once you’ve created and verified your GTourist account, learn about your wallet limits and how to use GTourist to make payments wherever GCash is accepted.

Funding methods available for GTourist

• Card Linking
  • Before linking your card, check with your card issuer or bank to make sure that:
    • Online payments are enabled for online and e-commerce transactions.
    • International or cross-border payments are enabled.
  • GCash automatically uses your primary linked card for direct pass-through payments.
  • To change your default payment card:
    • Go to Profile > My Linked Accounts.
    • Select Credit/Debit Cards.
    • Choose your preferred card.
    • Tap Set as Default.
• Cash in via international banks and partners
• Cash in through PayPal

Features and services available for GTourist

• Send money: You must be a Fully Verified user to send money.
• Scan to Pay via QR: You can pay by scanning a Philippine merchant’s QR code.

GTourist Account Reminders

• Your GTourist account is subject to GCash wallet and transaction limits. Read more about GCash wallet and transaction limits.
• Once activated, your account is valid for 30 days. After 30 days, it will be automatically deactivated.
