Can't or unable to pay bills through GPO
If you're getting an error when you pay your bill via GPO, try these steps:
- Check if your biller is available. Billers that are grayed out are under maintenance and can’t be paid.
- Make sure you have enough funds in your wallet balance.
- Check if you’ve reached your GCash transaction limit (it resets monthly).
- Follow these steps to troubleshoot your GCash app.
