Bills payment through GPO not posted or failed
Note that not all bill payments are posted in real time. Posting time depends on your biller.
If you paid via GPO and your bill is still not posted after the processing time, check these:
- Check your GCash Transaction History or App Inbox after a few minutes.
- Verify the mobile number or account number you entered. If you used the wrong details, learn more here.
- Confirm with the GPO store owner if there is an error message on the screen. They can help fix it.
If it’s still not posted, click here to contact support. You will get an update within 24 hours.
