Incorrect details in bills payment through GPO
If you entered the wrong account number, amount, or biller in your bills payment:

Check if your GCash wallet was deducted.
- If no deduction, your payment did not push through. You can try paying again.
- If yes, go to the next step.

Contact your biller directly.
- Requests and refunds will be approved by the biller.
- They will validate and decide if your bills payment can be reversed.

Always double-check the account number and account name.
