How to verify with National ID

You need to take another selfie scan. This will match your National ID records with the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).

Note: The PSA selfie scan is different from the selfie scan required by GCash.

Tips:

• Double check that the details you enter in the app match your National ID.
• Make sure your internet connection is stable.
• Try using another accepted ID.
