GForest green energy points not reflecting

If you finished a GCash transaction but did not get your green energy points, you can check these:

• Check if the transaction was successful
  Look at your Transaction History or GCash App Inbox to make sure the transaction went through.
• Check your energy point limits
  Make sure you have not reached the monthly limit for that type of transaction.
  • For example, for Send Money, you can earn energy points for up to 10 transactions per month, with a maximum of 1,310 points.
• Wait up to 24 hours
  Green energy points can take up to 24 hours to appear in your account.
