If you did not get your money, follow these steps depending on the remittance channel:

Make sure to claim within 90 days, or it will expire.
Step 2: Check if official partner
Check this Official GCash Remittance Partners list.
- If sent through an unofficial partner, GCash cannot track it. Contact the sender or partner directly.
- If sent through an official partner, proceed to step 3.
Step 3: Check transaction details
- Check if the mobile number is correct.
- Look for "Received Remittance" in your transaction history within 10 minutes. If missing, the transaction failed.
- Failed remittances are refunded to the sender within 2 business days.
