I can’t make a payment for my GCredit account. What do I do?
If you cannot make a payment for your GCredit account, it may be due to system maintenance, a system error, or insufficient funds in your GCash wallet. Here are some steps to take before making a GCredit payment:
- Make sure your GCash wallet has enough funds to cover the amount due
- Check if you have a stable internet connection
