Multiple charges for one GCredit payment
If you have double payments in GCredit, check which of these apply to you:
- Auto-deducted after I paid manually
- I accidentally paid twice or more than the amount due
Auto-deducted after I paid manually
Note:
If you miss your GCredit due date, GCash may auto-deduct from your wallet. This feature can’t be turned off and is part of the GCredit Terms you agreed to. This helps you avoid extra fees.
If you have an auto-deduction after you paid, it’s possible that your first payment wasn’t processed in time. If this happens, don’t worry—the excess auto-payment will be reversed within 1 business day.
Check your GCash wallet. If you still haven’t received the auto-reversal after 1 business day, you can contact support on the GCash app:
- Tap Transactions
- Select your “GCredit Auto-payment” transaction
- Tap Get Help > “I was charged more than once”
Our team will check your request and update you. The transaction must be confirmed as excess payment before approval.
I accidentally paid twice or more than the amount due
If you made two manual payments, the extra amount will be applied to your next installment. The extra amount can't be refunded.
