Can't create a GCash Jr. account for my child

If you can’t create a GCash Jr. account for your child, check these:

• Make sure your account is Fully Verified.
• Your GCash account may be on hold.
• You are 17 or below.
• Your child is already linked to a parent account.

If your child’s mobile number already has an account, the SIM may have been used before. It may be linked to another GCash account. Learn more here.

If you encountered an error during sign up:

1. Close the GCash app
2. Open the GCash Jr. Parent Dashboard
3. You will see the pending applications
