What happens to my child’s GCash Jr. account if I change my number?

If you change your mobile number, your child’s GCash Jr. account will not be moved to the new number automatically. 

To link it to your new number:

1. Make sure your child’s GCash Jr. wallet balance is empty.
2. Delete the GCash Jr. account.
3. Using your new mobile number, create a GCash Jr. account.

It will take around 14 days to relink your child’s account to the GCash Jr. dashboard. Verification takes up to 3 business days.
