GLoan application error
If you have a GLoan offer, but see an error when applying, check these first:
- You might have an existing GLoan: Check other GCash accounts under your name. You cannot have more than one GLoan.
- System maintenance or “Something went wrong” in GLoan: Try these troubleshooting steps.
- GLoan may require facial verification before you can proceed: If facial verification fails 5 times, try again after 24 hours. Learn more here.
If these don’t work, please try again after 48 hours.
