Accidentally paid GLoan in full or more than amount due
Note:
If you fully pay by mistake, we cannot refund it if you paid via Pay Bills, the GLoan dashboard, or payment partners. These are part of the GLoan Terms you agreed to.
If you manually pay more than your GLoan due, GCash will handle the extra based on your loan terms.
- We first check if you still have dues in GLoan, GGives, or GCredit.
- If yes, the extra pays those dues first.
- If you have no other dues, we return the extra to your GCash wallet within 1 business day.
